Hi all, here are our opening times for the upcoming bank holidays:

💥8-9am Open Gym

💥9-10am Team WOD (experienced members)

💥10-11am Team WOD (newer members) and open gym

💥4-5pm quiet open gym 4 spaces

The app is updated so you can now book your session in. Please only book 1 hour slot whether class or open gym as it's usually busy thanks 😊
