CrossFit Pre-School sessions are 30 minutes jam packed with fun fitness for our youngest CrossFitters!
The sessions are limited to 10 per group and designed to be focused around having tons of fun with fitness, varied each week, whilst introducing subtle foundations for CrossFit skills and building social skills and confidence.
Hard work, learning and skills progression cleverly disguised as fun and games!
Sessions typically begin with a game to warm up, some skill practice to help build co-ordination / balance / strength, etc. and finishing with a workout of the day (WOD). Parents are asked to stay during sessions wherever possible to help their child follow instructions and participate fully in the sessions.
Sessions are popular and may be fully booked, but please contact us to see if a space is available or to be added to the waiting list.
Sessions are held Monday 4.30pm and Saturday 12noon.
6-10 years £4 per session
CrossFit Kids sessions are 45 minutes full of fun fitness for our mini CrossFitters, working on their skills and teaching them more about CrossFit.
The sessions are limited to 12 per group and programmed to be varied each week, focused around having lots of fun with fitness, whilst working on developing CrossFit skills and building social skills and confidence, both as part of a group and individually. The sessions generally begin with a warm up game, some skill and/or strength work before finishing with a workout of the day (WOD). CrossFit kids sessions aim to work alongside any other sports activities your child enjoys, building core strength, agility, speed, flexibility and endurance.
Parents are welcome to stay during sessions to encourage their children and see them progress.

CrossFit All Out Academy
11-16 years £4.50 per session
Academy sessions are 1 hour long, held 3 times a week (Tuesday & Thursday 4pm and Saturday 11am)
Whether you do 1 class per week or all 3, the sessions are designed to be focused around having fun with fitness, but disciplined learning all skills and movements involved in CrossFit.
The sessions do follow a full strength and conditioning programme which will compliment any other sports activities members participate in, designed and delivered by Coach Tez and Coach Vicki. Members will work to their own ability but are training within a competitive environment which includes gymnastics movements, olympic weightlifting and cardio.
Competitions are sometimes available to enter, which Coach Tez will discuss with parents when Academy members reach the level of ability to be able to confidently compete. Parents are asked to stay for at least 1 session to gain a better understanding of what a typical session consists of. All Academy members will complete the same session, delivered by Coaches Tez, Allen, Vicki and Courtnie.
£5 per child per session, £2.50 siblings, adults free (pay as you go)
Family sessions for anyone aged 3+ are now only held during school holidays due to irregular numbers of bookings – please keep an eye on our social media pages for more details or message us direct.
