£6 per session, £15pw or £50pm thereafter We are offering a brand new CrossFit training option! 3 Private group sessions per week designed solely for complete beginners, ideal for everyone from new mums to 70 year olds looking to start getting active and healthy!

With a light to moderate intensity, 45 minute sessions include technique practice, warm up and WOD at your own pace, plus an extra 45 minutes optional open gym and social time just for your group of beginners! The sessions are led by new coach Michael Elston, who is also a qualified life coach so can help you to set clear goals and keep on track!
